“To fully overcome health concerns and look and feel youthful, it takes a scientific approach, a dedicated team, a personalized treatment plan, time, and perseverance.”
My story may sound a lot like yours. I struggled with chronic stress, gastrointestinal issues, and obesity for more than a decade. As a seasoned healthcare provider for more than 25 years, I had access to the best care available. Yet I was still sick…and tired. I was also sick and tired of spinning my wheels and ending up in the same place I started. I did everything I was told to do – faithfully taking all the medications that were supposed to make me better or help me lose weight – yet I was sicker than when I began.
When I discovered a functional medicine approach to health, I finally started to see the changes I’d been searching for. A personalized, comprehensive approach led me on my journey back to health. I’ve dedicated my life to leading others down their own path to optimal health, radiance, and vitality.
I’m experienced in regenerative aesthetics, or harnessing the body’s own healing potential to repair and rejuvenate damaged or aging cells. Regenerative aesthetics may include the use of platelet-rich plasma, signaling peptides, and natural growth factors.
When I’m not at Benehealth, I enjoy spending my days with my family and fur kids, camping at national parks, hiking, kayaking, and scuba diving. I also enjoy painting with acrylics – mostly messy florals but the occasional landscape has been known to remarkably appear.

Nurse Practitioner
“My vision is to make comprehensive, whole person care, the standard of care.”
Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of practice settings, including an internationally-recognized Center of Excellence. Through my experiences in oncology, hospice, and multiple outpatient specialties, I was given a unique look into the human condition and what it means to truly heal. The more I cared for patients facing complex illness, the more my eyes were opened to the dysfunction and fragmentation of our current medical model.
This growing discontent eventually led me to functional medicine. The principles of functional medicine resonate deeply with my knowledge and experience of health and healing. Your body is a single beautifully-connected system, not a combination of parts. And it’s simultaneously connected to everything else in your environment. When we accept and embrace this natural design, we can lead the body into the healing it’s so wonderfully equipped to accomplish.
When I’m not caring for my patients, you’ll find me hanging out with family and friends, exploring nature in the beautiful southwest, practicing yoga, or dreaming up extraordinary recipes in my ordinary kitchen.

Taynua Page,
MScN
Functional Medicine Nutritionist and Health Coach
Taynua has over 10 years in natural medicine, but it did not start there. She experienced depression, anxiety, bowel issues and severe pain in her joints. She saw numerous doctors and tried several medications in a desperate attempt to find relief. Nothing worked. Tired of relying on medications, she researched how food is medicine. By making fundamental changes, she was able to break-free from dependency on the conventional healthcare system that failed to treat the root cause of her symptoms.
She views every client as a unique person with highly individualized nutritional needs. Using the functional medicine framework, Taynua empowers clients, provides personalized food plans, health coaching, and education on how food and lifestyle factors influence chronic diseases.
Taynua is certified as Holistic Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition; Food as Medicine Educator (FAME); Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS); and Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). When she is not working with her clients, you can find her in nature with husband and two fur babies, her grandson, or out thrift shopping for the perfect home antique décor.
